The person, recognized by prosecutors because the manufacturing unit’s former director Ilya Averyanov, advised a radio station over the cellphone he was holed up inside as particular forces circled the constructing.
“I shot one man and sadly I believe I killed him,” the person advised Enterprise FM. “If I survive, I’ll struggle to the top … Now I’ll both shoot myself or hand myself in.”
The person mentioned he had opened hearth in self defence to cease individuals taking the manufacturing unit from him. “They used fraudulent paperwork to steal my manufacturing unit and bankrupt me. I’ve eight kids,” he advised Enterprise FM.
Different media reviews, citing Russia’s inside ministry, mentioned the person later fled the scene and was on the run.
Moscow’s public prosecutor’s workplace mentioned bailiffs had arrived on the manufacturing unit in a southeastern a part of town that morning.
The “Menshevik” manufacturing unit was being reviewed for chapter by a Moscow courtroom, state information company RIA reported. Its proprietor had filed a number of complaints with the courts, arguing that he was being defrauded, the company added.
