ISIS Claims Kabul Bombings: Propaganda Agency

Cairo, Egypt:   The Islamic State group claimed accountability for a suicide bombing at a Shiite cultural centre in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul on Thursday that killed about 40 individuals.

The extremist group mentioned it focused the centre with three bombs adopted by a suicide bombing, in an announcement on its propaganda outlet Amaq.
